Why does it have mineral oil in hand cream but not in the foot cream?

Don't know that answer but I've been using the foot cream for years and it is all they say it is. I started twice a day. Now I'm down to just a few times a week before bed. My feet are soft, smooth, no cracks and painless. I wouldn't be without this product.

Nail and cuticle vs hand balm what's difference?

I’m not sure what the difference is, but I have always had really dry hands. I’ve tried many different hand creams and lotions over the years and Flexitol Hand Balm is the one I like best. I have it with me at all times.
