Is this product difficult to assemble? Do I need special tools?

Not at all! The kit includes pre-drilled wooden panels, easy-to-use screws, and a mini screwdriver for hassle-free assembly. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions, and you’ll have it set up in under 10 minutes - even for first-time users.

Does the hay feeder prevent pets from scattering hay? My old wire rack made a mess!

Absolutely! Our upgraded vertical wooden slats are spaced to let pets nibble easily while minimizing hay waste. The wider design holds 20% more hay than standard feeders, reducing refills and keeping floors tidy.

Can multiple pets use this together? For example, two guinea pigs?

Definitely! The spacious litter area and hay rack are designed for multi-pet households. Two guinea pigs or a rabbit-guinea pig duo can share comfortably. Just clean the tray more frequently (1-2 times daily) for optimal hygiene.

What if my pet refuses to use the litter box?

Most pets adapt within 1-3 days. Encourage use by adding familiar bedding to the tray or placing their favorite hay in the feeder. If issues persist, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.

Is this size suitable for my 4lbs rabbit?

Measuring 16.6 x 11.2 x 4.7 inches, our rabbit hay feeder suits all guinea pigs, chinchillas, and small to medium rabbits.
