Easy to take & think they are starting to work.

I'm sure they contain what they say they do but I had no effect from these on top of my current stack. I'd hazard that the trace elements may be of desirable elements but probably not enough quantity of any to actually provide you any practical advantage

Easy way to take sea moss without the taste
I bought these sea moss capsules because I wanted to try the benefits of sea moss but didn’t like the idea of taking the gel form. The capsules are easy to swallow and much more convenient than preparing sea moss yourself. I like that the strength is quite high (14,000mg extract), so you feel like you’re getting a decent amount in each serving. I’ve been taking them daily for a few weeks now and they’ve fitted easily into my routine. I also like that there’s no strong taste like you sometimes get with other supplements Simple and convenient way to take sea moss if you’re interested in trying it without the hassle of the raw version.

Added this to my daily routine along with a green tea in the morning as a part of a new year new me health kick. It definitely wasn't just this item, I thought if I'm going to start a new health routine, having many things affecting my overall health at once might speed things up and have some kind of multiplicative bonus, this and a green tea in the morning instead of breakfast and people have made comments on my overall health as I've lost a nice bit of chub so I can recommend based on my own results with this approach
