Great paints.
These are fabulous paints. Easy to mix … easy to use and colourfast. A joy to use.Embarrassing how Amazon must get a “can cause cancer” warning on these … because they’re Russian?I’ve used them for years and I’m fine!Come on Amazon play the white man, remove that ridiculous warning. Nobody will be swayed by it anyway. It just embarrasses you.Come on Amazon stop embarrassing yourselves … remove the warning. Just because they’re Russian. For Gods sake …

I love White Knights
I have used White Knights pan paints for some time and thought I'd try these tube paints. They are great and a good addition to my paint stash

Quality pigments at a great price.
I've been a fan of White Nights ever since I bought my first set of their pans as a student and so was overcome with curiosity at them being offered in tubes. I found this set really impressive. This is good paint that includes a lot of expensive single pigments (Cadmiums and Cobalts) rather than hues in a very reasonably priced set. For someone who wants to explore these or, like me , likes value for money this is good.If you have ever wondered why so many acclaimed traditional watercolourists have these in their recommended palette this is a great way of finding out. The only way I can explain it is that these pigments have personalities, complete with fascinating quirks, that amply repay the care one should take in using them. (Keep away from children and pets and don't wash paint residue down the sink - look up online for guidance if unsure.)There are three pigments in the set I would classify as somewhat fugitive - the Ruby, Carmine and the Green - so would only use them for practice but they have held up well in my sketchbooks without fading and are lovely colours. However since the whole set costs about the same as two top end Artists tubes and is loaded with genuine single pigment paints I don't feel they ruin my bargain. These are a great set for finding out what colours suit your style without breaking the bank and I recommend them.
