I needed an exercise that was low impact that would elevate my heart rate.
I bought the shorter version so it would fit in my home. I bought the yellow version since it appeared to be a fun color. It works for my needs. I also bought a gym timer to help me with the HIT exercises I do.

Medium braid is best of both worlds
First what I don’t like and why this isn’t 5 stars. First the handles are definitely not going to last, not a huge deal but to bad cuz I actually like the look of them. Second there’s two places on the rope that have little defects and it looks like they used heat to melt the frays again not a big deal but when you melt plastic it gets hard and it’s now got sharp points in the rope that could possibly cut my hands if I used it for rope climbing or sled pulling.One neutral point; I would not use this rope outside on rough or dirty surfaces.Now what I likeThe medium braid of this rope is awesome. It’s not as stiff as the big triple braid ropes but gives you more feedback than really fine braid ropes. It came really well packaged (no easy task) and included everything you need.Great value and investment for your health. Battle ropes are just more fun than other training tools.

Great quality
I've used battle ropes in the past, but wanted some for my home gym. After a lot of research, I landed on these, and I'm quite happy I did. The construction is sturdy and they feel like they will last quite a long time with hard use. A few of my friends have come over and used them as well, and everyone has been impressed with the quality you get for the price. If you're on the fence, go with these!

Value for price
This 50 ft. Poly rope is better than I expected & the perfect weight to make a workout significant. It is well protected with a Velcro cuff and seems to work best for me attached to a wall @ 3 ft. off the ground.

hard to mount
installation materials included simply dont function as advertised.The bolts/screws dont hold it into the wall, studs, etc. Essentially i cant use it since the mounting supplies dont work correctly.
