How do you remove the battery cover, my fan has a weird screw that doesn’t let the cover open?

You don't need to remove the screw. Its like a clip, hold the handle and pull down with your thumb nail and it will release the cover. Its a large battery, I suppose you can get replacements from Amazon.

Can you get replacement chargerble batteries as my fan is 2 years now
