We followed the directions and found that this didn’t mix well. My kids were turned off by the clumps. It’s probably ok if you have an electric mixer. This specific flavor doesn’t have any “coffee” taste and is essentially hot cocoa. I love the idea behind this and the business being started by a kid and their dad, but it’s not for us.

Such a small bag for the price. It does say 12 servings but at $15 dollars I would expect more. It tastes like hot chocolate with a hint of coffee. My grandkids like it but it won’t last long between the 5 of them. I bought it for me, since I have to stay away from caffeine. Guess I’ll have to be a closet drinker if I’m to get any for myself. I’d buy it again if it were a lot cheaper!!!!!!
