A decent grip strengthener.
This is a very low priced strengthener and in some places, especially the adjustment wheel, it feels a little fragile, but at this price if it lasts a couple of years, it's a bargain. It does what it is supposed to do and you can feel it resisting your grip as you use it. There are several settings so it will be easy to increase that resistance as your strength grows. There are scant instructions though and although it is easy to figure out how to increase or decrease the tension, there is no information about how often you should use it or how many times per session which would have been handy but obviously, a quick search online sorts that.As it stands I can't really fault it. At this price it is a perfect entry model.

A neat – and seemingly well made – compact piece of kit
This is a neat – and seemingly well made – compact piece of kit, that is ideally suited for maintaining or developing grip strength. The comfortable and non-slip handle makes it feel easy and safe to use. The easily-adjustable resistance level (you just turn a small knob) makes it suitable for most strength levels. The high degree of portability is particularly useful to me (I’m in my 70s …) because I can use this product even when I’m sitting at my desk, reading or watching something. Although you can buy this product as a single item, I think it would be useful to buy two at a time, because you can then use two strengtheners at the same time … which is much more efficient! Which is why I myself have ordered two. Happy to recommend.

Easy to change the resistance level
This grip strengthener is well made. It has rubber grips where your palm and fingers grip it. It seems to be anodised black with a matte finish, it doesn't get as cold as bare metal. The resistance can be changed from 5kg to 60kg. The dial to change the resistance is easy to turn, and stays in place whilst it is being used.I found no problem using it in either hand.

Good value grip strengthener
Review of "FitBeast Grip Strengthener Forearm Strengthener, Adjustable Hand Grip Strengthener for Strength Training & Rehabilitation, 5-60 kg Resistance, Ideal for Athletes and Physical Therapy (1 Piece)", currently at £6.99:This is a good grip strengthener. It seems pretty sturdy and is easy to adjust the tension to suit your needs via the dial on the front which extends the distance of the spring.Good value for money.

You get what you pay for
This is a handy little device to use whilst watching TV. I have week hands, wrists and arms. I’m liking using this whilst I’m relaxing in an evening. That said, you’re supposed to do it 4 times a day (8-12 squeezes per side, advancing to 25 squeezes over time). It comes with a sheet with suggested exercises. Not the best quality, it seems a bit rickety/flimsy when you start screwing the tension screw (time will tell). I’m not sure if I’d trust it to not snap if the tension is tight.

Effective grip strengthener
This is a basic but effective grip strengthener, with a good range of tension. Working at anything from the mid-point of 35kg it provides a pretty intense resistance, and you can really feel the work out right through to your forearms. A regular use of this would definitely show gains. There are no bells and whistles with this, it's a very straight-forward design. The plastic of the handles could be both thicker and more contoured for comfort, but in terms of performance this doesn't really have an impact.

Affordable Strengthening Solution for Elbow
Great product, and even better considering the low price. It seems to have really helped strengthen my forearm and finger flexors enough to alleviate my tennis elbow issues. It was quite painful at first, so I stopped and rested, then started the exercises once most of the pain in gripping had subsided. Just three weeks ago, I could barely hold a heavy coffee cup—today, no problem at all; I’m now holding a full pot of coffee and can return to using light dumbbells for my biceps and triceps. It’s actually quite relaxing as well!

Pretty good but could be better!
Does the job and does help with hand/forearm training though the handle on it isn't the most comfortable and the adjuster is a little bit flimsy.
