Unfortunately I haven’t used this yet but was advised to use the larger ball in my exercise regime to alleviate some pain. Looking forward to using it. Prompt delivery, well packaged, handy net bag for storage & instructions included.

Works get exactly as described, balls are firm so the dig into the pressure points. The different sizes means you can reach all sorts of spots. A little bag to keep them all together for storage.

Nice little set of relaxtion/stress relief balls. Three different sizes suitable for different areas of massage. Comes with a small bag so you can carry the balls with you for use anywhere on the go. 5 stars.

Disclosure. This is a review of a product I was sent for free via Vine. All opinions are my own.This is a good set of 3 hard massage balls in varying sizes, 6.5cm, 5cm and 3cm diameter with a net drawstring bag to keep them in. It included a useful exercise instruction leaflet with suggested timings too, however with one major omission. The exercises do not indicate which is the best size ball to use on the various parts of the body. Instead I had to refer back to the product listing to discover that the smallest ball is ideal for hands, jaw and feet, the medium ball for arms, legs and feet, and the largest ball for legs, neck, shoulders and feet. Also that the smallest ball helps with connective tissues surrounding muscles and tendons, the medium ball allows a precise and accurate pressure to a specific muscle group and the largest ball is more effective on working out larger muscle groups. Additionally the exercise leaflet does not encompass any exercises for hands, shoulders, neck or jaw, but I have tried the smallest ball between my fingers after spotting that on an image on the product listing.I've been experimenting with how they feel on different areas. Certainly the hardness of the balls feels good under feet, but rather intense to lie on.There is also a 5 year extended warranty, although I haven't got round to registering for it yet.However I wasn't very impressed to see superfluous items included. These were an unnecessary plastic bag, a set of stickers and a very irrelevant safety instructions leaflet which was patently talking about some different product as it referred to screws, connections, parts, inflatables, assembly, attaching to wall and batteries.Good to see on the product listing that they are made from environmentally friendly plastics that are free from PAH & Phthalates.I'm not sure why they are referred to as lacrosse massage balls, since lacrosse is a team sport, nothing to do with massage.£12.99 for set of 3 balls seems a fair price.

The answer is "no".These are made of a material that's just hard enough, and firm enough, and weighted enough, that they make massage feel great.We've used these on feet, shoulders, thighs, and glutes, and I have to say, we're blown away at how simple the premise and yet how positive the results.The tiny ball is absolutely great for getting to knots in the neck, whilst the medium and large balls are great for my wife and I on our feet.Don't be fooled that buying cheaper standard 'play' balls is the same. These are made for the job, and the kit of 3 suits a load of cases.Thumbs-up.
