Bajaj Food Factory FX 11 600 Watts Food Processor (White)

Is a good product and does what it says. There are multiple blades and attachments for the various tasks required in an Indian kitchen: chopping of vegetables, dicing / cutting of onions, kneading of dough (my wife was delighted), mincing of various products. The booklet / user guide provides a comprehensive explanation. We have not tried the juicer function as of now. It has good security features. If the lock(s) are not placed in properly (the jars tightened sufficiently) the motor will not power up. The motor is quite powerful (though noisy) and does most jobs in around 5-6 seconds. Running it beyond that is overkill...! I think it is a single motor with a belt for the secondary. Cause both sides spin when ever it is used. They have given a dummy protective cover for the mixer side for security. The base has suction holders, which provide sufficient adherence during operation. The white plastic parts pick up food color. We left our spatula with some dirty dishes, and it absorbed some light "haldi" (turmeric) color. That is not the manufacturer's fault but our mistake. But just a warning for you all. Best Practice Sharing: If the jars are attached, and the lids are removed the motor will operate. We always remove the plug from the socket (not even switch it off) if we have to reach inside any jar to mash some food item together for better mixing, or remove the food particles from the sides. Basically: if you are reaching into the jars, remove the power cord. Those blades are extremely sharp and operate at rapid RPMs. There is a remote possibility that the motor will run when the switch is not pressed, but better safe than sorry.

This is not good applicance for home. Due to if you face problem company customer service is totally dead. Now one is interested to resolve the problem under warranty. I am ready to pay for the service within 3 month to purchase the product. Product is under warranty. Useless company, useless product, useless customer service. I don't by any more product from Bajaj appliances.

Very disappointing. I had purchased the product in August 2024 but just used on 17th December 2025. The product started giving out a burnt smell hence gave called the Bajaj Technician. There is no bill, warranty card or user manual enclosed in the box. Please help

the machine did not work at all. when the technician visited the house and inspected the machine, the cable inside was disconnected. Very poor quality inspection by Bajaj

I purchased it as a gift for my mom on my birthday. Without any second thought i would recommend it as it is from a well reputed company which is Bajaj and also performs all the designated task in an excellent manner. The delivery was before time and the packaging was very neat and all the parts n attachments were perfectly secured in the packaging. It is the best food processor in this price range even a lot of the other expensive food processors do not have as many attachments as the Bajaj FX11. The quality of the material used is also very good. The attachments are user friendly n the safety of the user is well thought of. The motor is really good one aswell. The two best things about this food processor is firstly it kneads the dough perfectly in few minutes and secondly it is very easy to clean.

This food processor really stood the test of time. Writing this review after 4 years. It is easy to use , lightweight and because of the size it is easy to carry. The only one problem I have is the noise. After some time the motor band needed replacement which I claimed in the extended warranty which the company declined and I had to pay from my pocket. 500 for a band was ridiculous but it solved the noise problem. Rest I would say it's good easy to use and durable
