In simple words, AA stories are non-goofy illustrations of the horrors of numbing the mind. It could be that one last thing to save you from asking for that one-last-drink. These days, I do give company to my friends in the bar but I'm not worried about temptations. I'm happy to say that I would never again have an alcoholic drink in my life. I strongly recommend this book to anyone with an alcohol problem. If you know an alcoholic, gift this book to him/her so that you can save one more life (and probably their family as well). Written by God
It is difficult to believe that a bunch of alchoholics wrote this book. A book which has stood the test of time, did not require any change/modification in it's years of existence except for the substitution of the word alchohol with any other addiction. No, this book is'nt human. It was written by the hand of god.

Nice book But language is little tough for my standard Still I studying slowly and understanding new words.parents of modern day generation must read even though u r not alcoholic and must explain to them before they go out of way.I am totally against even social drinking since I have started like that and went out of control.Proud to be came back and leading a wonderful life.poison is poison even it is single drop

Page no not matched
The book is good but the pages don’t match the paperback. Big book is not big book if you mess with pages 1-164. The publisher should know that better that till now no changes have been made to the content of 164 pages barring some grammatical correction and substitution of some words. So when I went to pg 58 I found a whole different chapter than “ Chapter 5 How it works” that was disappointing. I had to return the book. It would be good if the kindle version is a print replica and we can enjoy reading our beloved book as though it was a hardcover one 🙏🙏

Legitimately life changing
The impact of this book cannot be overstated. One read through it was enough to provide clarity and understanding about what was going on, while providing the foundation for a life changing no-alcohol commitment. You or your loved one may choose further or additional support. Starting with with this book, or adding it to current efforts, is certainly a good idea. Please give it a try.

Great book if you want to stop drinking alcohol.
This book is a spiritual transmission that came through Bill Wilson, one of the co-founders of AA in the 1930s. Amazing pure program of healing and recovery. Can be applied to any problem whatsoever. A work of genius.
