Best Value Gym Purchase I’ve made
I’m doing nasty work with this thing. Variability is crazy. Yeah, you can work the shoulder press for great upper body strength, but this thing is amazing lower body tool. Reverse lunges, RDLs, and slant board (heel elevated) front squats are my go to right now. You’re getting a (machine) type feel due to the stability the landmine offers, but the movements feel very natural and functional for real life applications. Regret free purchase. Yes, grips are big, but I actually enjoy the change in size for a different feel. Not everything in life will have a 1inch handle for you to grab. Provide yourself variety.

Pretty Good
This press attachment is really good, It works out group of muscles. The only thing I am not too fan of is the grip! It is very thick and a little bit slippery so i usually wear my gloves to make sure i have a good grip!. Overall for it seems to be a solid attachment and great addition for your home workout or gym!

Love this thing! 💪
Pros and Cons:Pros:1. Good shoulder workout. If you lean in at an angle you can hit them pretty good. Get in close to the handle center bar with your face and shoulders. Find the position that you feel it in.2. Crazy good for hack squat. Very comfortable with the width of the handles. Put a towel on back of neck and you can rest the center bar across your shoulders like a barbell. Has its limits on weight as you can only put 5 plates so you have to really up the volume. I use the hack squat as a burnout at the end of legs.3. If you have an inside the rack landmine mount like mine. (See pic). You might be able to use your spotter bars to hold it. Depends on the angle. Works great on my rack and gets it at shoulder height for squats. Just step under and go. No cleaning off floor.4. Also does pronate and push presses. I only use this for about 3 exercises but able to push a lot of heavy lifts with it.5. Really well built. Welds are clean and no sharpies.Cons:1. Will dig or scratch little circles into your barbell when you tighten down the screw. Don’t know how it could be designed different. Kind of need the screw down. I use an old junk 10 year old barbell with this attachment.2. Handle bolts in the middle of bar. Wished it was one solid piece because on back squats the bar rest on my shoulders and that’s where the bolts are. Have to wrap in a towel.***See 3rd pic. Don’t buy a $150-$200 stand if you have an inside landmine mount on your cage or rack. Mine can mount inside or out and I put inside for space. See pic how I use the spotter bar to rest the barbell on. Works extremely well. Lift up and one step to the right or left and you are clear. Unlimited height adjustments to bring the barbel and Viking handle up or down.

Good attachment
I think this attachment is very good. It's very heavy and feels like a good quality product. I love how it brings versatility to landmine exercises. It's also easy to put together, especially if you have real tools instead of the cheap allen wrench they provide in the box.The issues I had and what my member's feedback was that:1) The thickness of the grips, especially the horizontal grips, are VERY big. Even the men complained that it felt too wide in their hands, and it made it a little difficult to transition from overhead press to placing it on the floor. Also, if you aren't using chalk, the grips can get slippery if you have sweaty hands.2) You have to be extra careful to tighten the knob on the barbell. It's not exactly super tight and so the attachment will tilt left and right. Even when we tried to overtighten, it would still move a bit. Not a total big deal, but it does make it less sturdy. Just be mindful.I love the Viking Press and it's a great addition to your workout program.

Nice viking press attachment for the price
This is a basic viking press attachment that comes in 3 parts. 4 bolts, 4 nuts and two washers neatly hold them in place..Install takes about 5 to 10 minutes, mostly just hand torquing. So to the piece itself. It gently slipped on to the barbell end. The screw held the attachment to the barbell and didn't move when I was doing my exercise movements. The attachment itself is fairly large sized in diameter so factor that in (read male hands). It is pretty smooth so perhaps get some gloves if you get sweaty. Other than that it works well, appears sturdy, has a solid metal weight/heft to it. Since I would use it around 2 to 3 times a week, I think it will wear well. So far so good. At this price point this is awesome. The space between the two ends is not huge at about 15 inches. So I would look at other options if this is a concern. But those attachment push thr price to $200 and above. So, see what works best for you. yes4all, gets a yes from me for now.
