Extra protection
The fit is good, especially because I have chunky fat hands that I have a very hard time getting into any gloves, but they’re enough to get on and off easily in case you have to do a little work in a questionable area. I’m not touching any electrical parts with these but I’m working in a panel box that I can’t turn the power off to and it’s a disaster so as I make my connections, I’m gonna wear these just for the extra safety.

These things really work
I'm not an electrician but I got this since we needed to replace some breakers. And yes I did test it on a live wire and the fact that I'm typing this review is proof positive it works. Understand I was working with 120v. This is rated for 12kv, But I have no plans to mess with any high tension wiring lol . I have small hands, and was a little concerned I might not be able to get a good grip. But that was not the case. I like it. Thanks Amazon

Tested to Q/HJYT0001-2019?
First the good: these are shipped in a nice box and sleeves that protect the gloves well from any kind of shipping damage. The gloves appear to be well made and have a painted / silkscreened label on each mitt.I would say the gloves fit L to XL. The manufacturer doesn't really specify a size. The gloves are made in China and tested to Q/HJYT0001-2019??? Well, my guess is that not many US lineman or electricians are going to work on medium voltage equipment based on that standard. So, I have a hard time seeing the purpose of selling these in the US. The included certificate states Leakage "Voltage" with a rating in milli-amps!!! Whoops. Kind of makes you doubt the whole included certificate. In summary, I can't recommend these unless you are just using them under 600V. This obviously isn't an item where you want to save a few bucks.Note: there are a bunch of these gloves on Amazon from different sellers (all appearing to come from the same Chinese factory). It seems like the average out at around 4 stars. A little scary!

Similar concerns as another reviewer...
These are pretty thick rubber gloves. Not so thick that you can't feel what you're doing at all, but thick enough I'm not worried that they're going to puncture without significant force being applied against a very sharp object. I wanted some gloves for when I'm working in my breaker box as it's so old it does not have a single main to shut everything down. For my purposes, it's ok. Since it doesn't have a US certification I do wonder how it compares to a US certified product.
