My gym has your standard, run-of-the-mill, weight stack cable machines. A decent enough machine, but is limited to 10lb increments. Now, that’s fine, but sometimes you just want a little heavier… that fine control, ya know? So, I got this thing as a donation to this gym, and it was next level good. Talked to the local Personal Trainer and he swore by it! Come into the gym a few weeks later and couldn’t find it anywhere. I asked that same PT and he says it got lifted some time earlier. Made me sad. But, it’s a testament to how game changing this is- especially for folks who are serious about progressive overload on weight stack machines. Bought another and this one stays with me.

After reading the somewhat good reviews I decided to purchase this item. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! It broke on the first use with a measly 50 pounds. DON’T BUY!

Bent with only 2 plates on

First off, know the size of the holes of the machines you’re using. Simple google search helps, I learned Planet Fitness USUALLY has 8mm machines. This tool is perfect, low price and good quality! Can be too big/long for some machines so use common sense on where and what you’re trying to use it on.

It works, but the pin could be of better material. It bends easily.

The 110mm pin works much better than the 80mm pin (which is too short for most American gym machines). Product does exactly what it's supposed to do!

Does not fit traditional weight stack. As soon as you put weight on it, it starts to slide out.

Doesn't hold 135lbs bent the first time I used it with just 45lbs. Works so so even when bends if you push the clip on the weights fully but don't recommend if you're loading for more then 50lbs. The 8mm is too thin for supporting much weight if you can go with the 10mm
