Sent this as a gift to my sister. She had something similar on a trip to Hawaii. She said these cookies were so delicious.

Need better shipping containers
Due to the poor packaging some of the cookies were pieces. Shipping delicate items in a non padded plain large envelope does not protect the merchandise

ハワイに行くと必ず購入しますが、私が持って帰るといくつか割れるのは当たり前です。 購入時期は暑い日があったのでチョコが1回溶けていましたが、クッキーは割れることなくキレイな状態で送っていただき、ビックリしましたし、ちょっと感動してしまいました！笑 値段もホノルルクッキーカンパニーでネット購入（送料込みの値段）するのと、そこまで大きく変わらないようで、良心的！良い買い物ができました！
