I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. It's so good, I went and ordered two more, one for me to keep in my other gym bag and one for someone else. It is perfect to use for any activity where you need a convenient way to store a few things without it being in a way or not staying in place. Just this morning I used it in my lifting workout. I had my phone in it (iPhone 5), a folded sheet of paper, a pen, and some hair bands. The belt did not move once. I also used it for some high intensity training which put the belt to a real test. I was doing burpees and all kinds of other jumping stuff and the belt was perfectly in place the whole time. I am also able to easily adjust the volume on my phone without taking it out as the fabric on the belt is thin enough to do that. Didn't realize how much of a convenience being able to do that would be.

Love this running belt! Super comfortable and you can fit a lot in it. I used this for the Chicago marathon and it was comfortable all 26.2 miles, I fit my phone, 4 packages of energy chews and had plenty more room if needed.
