I started taking this about 6 months ago. I now have a good bone density report. I also take Strontium. My doctor said my numbers would only get worse because I won't take the drugs he prescribes. I can't wait to see him on my annual check up. My bones will even be better by then.On March 1, 2016 the report read:1. Osterperosis2. Bone mineral density in the lumbar spine has decreased 3.9%3. Excellent natural source of calcium

Love that this is a soy free supplement, not to mention organic. I use this as a supplement for bone support as I am a breast cancer survivor and the medication that I am taking is known for bone loss. I've been taking this for 2 years and so far my bone scans have all been normal. Love the product but the price is starting to get too high! :(Would have been 5 star otherwise.

I worked in the health food store for years..I've tried everything and most would work, but, not for long. This product was my last hope. Vit D/ Vit D with...even my DR gave me Vit D. I'm old and have a Bone diseases. This product made my Hair grow, my Nails grow (became very strong) trusting unknown places, that deliver these products to you, is A Very scary thing and can most often be fake. either, this is working, OR my body is regenerating what ive lost?

Hi, when it asked value for your money I guess I wish things were a bit cheeper or buy one get a little off the next, when you are buying a product for years. But overall good product and really appreciate the expiration date has always been good for a while. Thank you for that. Will be buying again.

Nothing to dislike so far using it about 3 yeas or so , its absorbability in the system is great it works on dental complexity for me like I never seen before. The algeacal is responsible for it
