Hi, My friend could not swallow the bigger vitamins. This vitamin has awesome ingredients and is gluten free. No other multiple vitamin compares to the healing this multiple vitamin does for me. Taken along with 2000mg of fish oil, Vit D3 5000IU, Vit C, zinc, Mg citrate and more helps me/my sons and others. Good oils are needed for fat soluble vitamins to absorb. Have been taking them for years now, getting older I like the small size, doesn’t quite give the same burst of energy as the larger pill size but works just as well.

I have been taking this vitamins for about 10 years and the difference between with and without is significant. Before taking Source of Life I was so exhausted all the time I could hardly get out of bed. It took about a month to gain the full benefit. Since then, I have been able to manage most activities. I will never be an athlete again, but I have some quality of life due to the vitamins. The only problem I had was the large size of the pill. This was resolved when NaturesPlus came out with this smaller pill.

Been living on this bread for over 25 years. i take Soma, which seems to ICK my immune system. This is the ONLY vitamin that reverses that feeling of ICK. So I am no hippy. But if is counteracts a weird medication, then I am 100% in. I prefer the mini-tabs as that is all I need once per day - really, you only need a min-tab... unless you want to give this company a bunch of free money by taking 6 larger version of this pill for no added benefit. There are 3 jar sizes. Get the small 90 tabs, try it out. Its less than $15 bucks and are you no worth $15?Just take one mini-tab a day and that is all you need, - you will just pee the extra vitamin out. If your urine stays clear, you are a little deficient. If it is a little "new yellow" then it is working. Find a balance below "colored urine" and no color, that is what you should take.*Colored urine could also mean you are dehydrated - keep this in mind when working out how many you need.

I can tell when I do not take this brand. Dessert vegetarian and hyperallergenic. When I don’t take them I know my energy is gone I’m tired even more than I normally am and I can just fill a total drain on my whole body. I’ve been taking this vitamin for over 18 years and I will never buy anything else ever again.
