This has been a great pc for my son and gaming. Fast, easy setup.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this to upgrade my severely outdated gaming PC and WHOA this jump in technology was phenomenal! I am in 3D animation and graphic design, this computer can handle all of my COU intensive programs with ease. The PC was delivered very cautiously and stuffed with protection material which ensured me none of the parts were able to be damaged during transit. It’s as quiet as a mouse once it’s booted up and even comes with keyboard and mouse! I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and for me I’d say it was pretty moderately priced for what you get. Oh and the RGB colors turns my room into a great creative space when I’m working :) This one is a 10/10 for me.

If you want a great starter PC for gaming at a relatively inexpensive cost, the Skytech Shadow is the perfect choice. It's able to keep up with games released as recently as the last few months at maximum graphic settings. Additionally the 1 TB SSD is perfect if you play Grand Strategy Games like those from Paradox Interactive. Do be aware though, that monitors, extra storage space, controllers that are not your mouse and keyboard will have to be bought separately; I knew this going in, this is more a caution to those who've never bought a gaming PC before. One nice little bonus I discovered, though the computer I bought here on Amazon was advertised with a Ryzen 3 3100 processor, my system actually has the better Ryzen 5 3600 processor. Windows 11 does not come pre-installed, however you will be prompted to download it after initial start-up.Now one more thing I should warn customers about, though this isn't a negative with the product itself rather with Amazon and UPS: do not trust the projected delivery date that Amazon gives you. It does not take into consideration Skytech's timetable for assembly and testing of the computer, which is about two weeks, nor does it take into consideration the fact that it will ship through UPS Small Package as a Ground order. The latter is the problem, UPS Ground orders can take anywhere between five days to two and a half weeks to get from the seller to the customer. This is due to the inefficiency of UPS's package tracing, as often they won't even scan the package until either the delivery or until it's at the local distribution center. That being said patience is a must, but if you are concerned Skytech's Customer Service is very helpful.

Came with a faulty wifi card a short pleasant chat with their support and a new card is being ship right away.

Had someone else’s login logged in, I factory reset it and it’s worked great for months now.

Computer performs exactly as the specs are designed. Nvidia drivers and software were easy and flawless to set up. It comes loaded with all the basic Microsoft software. Note to those annoyed by the rotating colors inside, you can can turn those off or adjust them by downloading the motherboard's "Mystic Light" software.

The PC is probably fine, but I haven’t had the opportunity to experience that as the item arrived defective. The manufacturer’s tech support was very helpful and they patiently tried to troubleshoot the problem but came to the conclusion that the power supply is defective and they advised me to call Amazon and ask for a replacement. However, Amazon told me that they can only refund my purchase, so now I have to return the defective PC and place a new order for the same item. Very inefficient and time-consuming.

This definitely isn’t a super computer by any means, but when I say it will run anything you throw at it, it’s got you covered! After a couple months, I’ve noticed zero concerns for processing speed giving up, same for my gaming experience. I can run Rust at full graphic settings, on average I get 80-120 fps, even in laggy servers, and the PC isn’t fighting for its life. Comes pre-loaded with tons of useful software & RGB lights are super fun to mess with.
