Spigen, Screen Protector for Huawei P20 Pro, HD Full Coverage, Edge to Edge Protection, Case-Friendly, Huawei P20 Pro Tempered Glass, Huawei P20 Pro Compatible Glass Screen Protector

It arrived OK, well packaged etc. Just upgraded from iphone4 so first time used a screen protector like this. I managed to fit it reasonably easily, I thought. But it seems I put it on upside down without realising, and the instructions were really not clear on this. It was only when I thought something was wrong with the phone because I lost the bar along the top which indicates wifi, 4G etc that I went through a long stint of exploration to find out the cause. It is now on the right way up with the dark bar at the bottom not the top, and fits pretty well with just a small bubble around the sensor at the top. Only giving it 4 because better instructions would have saved me a lot of trouble. In the end I don't know how effective it will be. I am not dropping it to test it.

This lasted 4 years of abuse, it only needed replacing because my battery swelled up and cracked it. I'm grateful that it probably saved the screen from cracking too.Well worth the price. Took 3 minutes to install.

I've ordered this product twice, the first time I got it I had wiped everything down and applied the screen to then find loads of bits of lint from the screen wipe was still on the phone, I'm putting that down as something I did wrong. The second time I bought it everything was fine, I installed the screen protector and the only issue has been barely noticeable air bubbles at the edges of the screen. That is until 5 minutes ago, my phone fell about 2ft onto concrete and now the screen protector has a large crack in it. Previous phones I've had without screen protectors have lasted significantly longer and have been more durable. I will be ordering a replacement to see if the one I have was a one off.

I've had the screen on for three days now, and am generally happy with it. My main gripe is that fitting accurately is tricky. I have a Spigen case, and following the instructions I applied the protector to a brand new phone (took off the protective plastic cover, immediately applied this screen).If you align it with the case, as instructed (and as I did), you'll find the glass is actually a shade smaller than the case. I aligned it with one side, which has left a tiny gap at the other where light shines through. Fore some reason the glass has a black outline, so it makes this light very noticeable. Also; I must be less than a millimetre off "centre" - so the margin is tiny. Worse though is that the message notification light is now slightly obscured, again by black on the glass. I have no idea why they've chosen to add a trim.In terms of bubbles: actually quite pleased. I applied mine and after squeezing out the large bubbles was left with 3 really noticeable ones in the middle. The instructions do say these work their way out, and true to form, they have done leaving me an almost perfect seal.If you're fitting yourself, don't rely on the case to line you up. If you can get this right then I'd say it's a 4 star product with 2 star instructions!

Finally a screen protector that actually fits. This must be my sixth attempt now and buying an adequate protector for my P20 Pro and I'm kicking myself for not going with Spigen from the start.This protector may look like every other protector for the P20 Pro but for me it's the extra thin black borders on the side that makes it the best one. The black borders don't cover the screen like some other brands do as long as you fit it correctly. My tip would be to wait until you get a notification and use the little light as a guide at the top and then align the fingerprint sensor and apply. Straight forward really and I'm very happy with my purchase. Hopefully it holds up and I wont need to edit this review!

I bought this for my sister when she received her new phone. She had ordered some tempered glass protectors herself too, but said the fit on this one was much more preferable and allowed the protector to sit on the screen much more effectively.So far, she has said that despite a few drops, the screen and protector have stayed intact. Unsurprisingly it seems to be doing the job sufficiently as Spigen tend to perform well in the department of protective phone accessories.

A tip I saw from someone else: put the phone on charge whilst fitting so you can see the notification light.This screen protector fits well and is easier to install than a plastic film protector. It is slightly thicker than a film but that's a trade-off in terms of the level of protection it gives, and there's no reduction in screen sensitivity.I looked at loads of glass protectors before choosing this one, my Spigen case is good quality so I decided to trust the brand and I'm glad I did.If anything changes I'll update the review but so far, this was the right choice for my valuable P20 Pro.

The screen protector whilst very clear and easy to apply is way too brittle. Within days it was chipping at the edges compared to my previous protector which was still perfect but was not quite as clear. I would not buy this product again.
