Pearl DR80 3 Sided Rack

First thing , I am not using this product for a drum kit , I am using it to hold my "One Man Band " equipment .No I am not that guy with cymbals on my knees , base drum at my feet , bag pipes on my back , etc, what I do is run backing tracks so my set up is this- mic mounted on rack in center held by one of the clamps, music stand mounted to mic stand, tip jar mounted to center via clamp, on the right side is my mixer mounted via clamp, next to it is iPad mounted via clamp, next is the guitar stand mounted via clamp , on my left is accessory table with drink holder mounted via clamp, next to that is another guitar stand mounted via clamp. This rack comes with 4 clamps so I ordered 2 extra to have enough to mount everything and all the accessories I bought from amazon also. Everything is mounted in a way that when I fold this kit together it can be carried out without unmounting anything and set up at a gig is simply fold back out and everything's ready to go. This rack is made well but still light enough to carry and fold up nicely. No I am not using it for drums but in the way I am using it an 100% satisfied and the clamps are very good and strong .

Great drum rack, it is easy to set up and unset in case you need to take your set on the road very sturdy the clamps are easy to ajuste completely worth the money.

Great drum rack for the money. I decided to eliminate the tripod tango, so I started looking into racks. This is about half the cost of others with comparable rack space. And I really like that it has no feet. There are some drawbacks to the design. It must be unscrewed to take down, although it can still be folded. It was a little wobbly at first so I made sure everything was securely tightened. There's no height adjustment. But really, it's perfect as is, so you may not need extra adjustability. The PC8 clamps are cheaper than the clamps used on other Pearl rack systems and only fit 7/8" posts. But the square design of the clamps means no slipping. Simple. Easy. Cheap. Effective. I recommend this product. =D

I haven't put it together yet, but the package was severely damaged and parts were sticking pit of the box. Not happy so far...

I love this drum rack. I should have used one years ago. I also purchased a few Pearl PCX100 clamps because they are more solid, and can accommodate 5/8” tubes. And a VIVO single monitor arm mount. Altogether I now mount my DAW screen, several cymbals, 3 toms, and 2 mic booms to the rack, and spare a bunch of floor space now that I am free of tripod legs. I also use the rack for all my cable management.

I use the rack for gigging but not to use in my basement. I have three to four cymbals on the rack. My rack holds three toms. I bought a set so I could attach my snare to the rack, it clamps onto it. When I gig: take everything off except my clamps, fold together and go! The rack is so light!! This is a great rack for the great price! I encourage you to buy it!

Beginner to acoustic drums (played dtexplorer for 7 yrs) bought a chead set and put it on this rack, sturdy enough for sure and gives me some freedom to move toms and cymbals around

Great just can’t adjust up and down
