Do these fit the ikea millberget?

Yes. These wheels have 10 mm stem diameter and fit Ikea Millberget Chair

Will these fit a ikea "örfjäll / sporren" chair. the diameter of our chair is .96mm, will the 10mm model sold fit?

Yes, they will fit your chairs. Please choose variation "Size:B. 10 mm IKEA Stem Diameter"

How do I make these wheels less slippery? I don't like how they move at my slightest touch.

If you're on a hard surface they are very easy to move. Maybe too easy. I put an area rug under my desk area which provides a little bit of resistance to movement, but allows me to roll around the office with ease when I want to. Try the carpet. It's been a real winner for me.

Will these work in an ikea langfjall chair that didn't initially come with wheels/casters?

Hello Willie. Thanks for your question. I'm sorry but these fit for chairs with wheels only
