Worked good for me
These were a great price and worked amazing! Had to get the keys cut at a dealership. It worked for my 2016 chevy trax! Easy to program. And so far has lasted me a while!

Works perfectly; Seems as good as the OEM fob.
We bought this fob for our grand daughter's 2011 Chevy Equinox. It appears identical to the OEM fob in form and function as far as I can tell and we are completely happy with the purchase. Here's what we learned in this process: 1) Many places that cut keys won't do aftermarket fobs unless you buy the fob from them (They don't sell them for anywhere near this cheap, yet they still charge you extra for cutting the key and programming!) 2) We ended up taking ours to a local locksmith shop and they cut the key, programmed the fob, and tested it for less than $30. We were in and out in less than 15 min. 3) Just a note: The locksmith told us that most domestic cars are easy to cut and program, but to be careful on European and luxury cars (especially Mercedes!). Many of them apparently have proprietary programming, which means almost nobody can program the fob except the dealers. I'd consider checking with a locksmith before you buy if there's any question. 4) Since this is for our grand daughter's car, just for security, we've ordered two more. Overall, this was inexpensive and easy. All are working perfectly, and again, we are 100% happy with this purchase.

Works!!!
A great cost effective solution. Worked exactly as expected! After the third round in the programming process, it didn't immediately turn the "lock light" off after 10min, but we just waited an additional 10min and then took the key out for 1 min, and it worked, and all buttons work. (Note: Let it run for 10 min after programming to compete process). Also, *tip* if you have the actual key and it's just that the remote and/or motherboard is damaged, you can take the actual key out without taking fob apart (to avoid damaging it). Locate the small circular pin, where the key and fob connect, and use a small screw driver to release the key part and replace. (Look up: Moving GM key to new Fob or Fix broken switchblade key GM key Fob).

Lock Unlock Work. Remote Start DOES NOT!
New key works after having a locksmith cut key blade. Lock and unlock work. However Remote Start DOES NOT WORK! Not sure why as the original key fob will still remote start from its fob. Only headlamps come on when using the remote start button on the new key fob and no start! Sucks!!!!!! Cheap solution for only starting, locking, and unlocking vehicle. You will have to live without electric start with this new key fob.

Not great
The case doesn't stay closed, have to keep snapping it back together. Should have gone with an original Buick fob. Car immobilizer also doesn't want to recognize it every time even after programming it. I have to use the key in the door to turn the light off. I would recommend paying the unfortunate expense of getting a proper one from a dealer and having them program it. The remote start and lock/unlock buttons do work as should though.
