Delicious
The sauce is more tangy than spicy. It's a great milder version of bul dak the super spicy ramen. The strainer built into the cover is just genius. I made the mistake of taking the cover before using the strainer the first time.

Savory indeed!
I tried a sample packet of Japanese Ramen noodles of another brand and found that I really liked them. Since I couldn't find that brand on Amazon, I decided to try this brand since they were the same flavor and my goodness! These are fantastic! They are full of flavor and just spicy enough to not be uncomfortable. After I finish this 12 pack I will certainly be ordering more. They seem way better than American Ramen noodles. They are really, really good!

Sweet and sour noodles, not bad.
Took a gamble and bought a box, glad I did. Like all Menraku bowls, this isn't microwave-safe. There's a dry garnish packet to hydrate with the noodles, and a liquid sauce packet; don't put it in with the boiling water. There's a peel-off tab on the lid of the bowl which reveals a small grating—after your 3 minutes steeping time are up, peel off the tab and drain out the liquid. Then add the liquid packet, mix well. The taste is a little sweet, a little pungent, reminiscent of what you might get if you dumped gyoza sauce on a bowl of Indomie mi goreng. This is in no way a bad combination.Hopefully this style sticks around for a while. But why is it spelled "soysause?"

Flavour and the Packet.
It's okay, I don't think it's worth the price though. The noodles themselves are unremarkable compared to standard Nissan or Maruchan cups. My issue with it is that it smells quite fishy, it comes through in the flavor though not overbearingly, and the one thing I don't like is that you can't separate the ingredients with the powder. It all comes mixed in one powder bag so if you want a lighter flavor you'll be sacrificing some of the "chicken parts" which are honestly not that great. Overall the packaging was fine, and the lid for the food is a very nice peel with no annoying sticky glue/paper residue left over.

Another winning flavor!!!
Like their Tonkotsu flavor, Manraku's Shio Ramen is tasty (though milder than Tonkotsu) and has dried shredded cabbage; a welcome addition to my stocked convenient dry-foods upon which you can create your ultimate ramen at home or the office given the limitations. I don't have much more to say other than I enjoy this product and am glad to have access. I will add the following anecdote, a recent visit to Japantown here in SF, I found these along w/other Menraku flavors and was surprised the pricing at Amazon reflected a fair savings considering gas, time and sales tax; this may not be the same everywhere, if you otherwise have access. This flavor is plenty flavorful though you may desire to add high-quality frozen won-tons, perhaps an egg scrambled and shredded then added, chopped meats if desired. It is a winner plain as it comes, just suggestions to change it up or step it up if desired.

Savory Taste Soup
This spicy ramen has chili garlic oil and it tastes so savory. Not too simply spicy, also it has strong umami.

Delish
The broth less soup is quite tasty. The sauce coats the noodles wonderfully.
