If the Wattage is correct they should wrk6, it could never get them without breaking, two orders, each time received broken.

how do I take off the protective screen?

It’s very important to follow the instructions, you have to turn it off for at least 6 hours because the screen still retain an electric charge in it and definitely will cause electric shock to you. There is a way to remove the electric charge from the screen by just attaching a screwdriver to the screen then you notice the electric charge start releasing, next you only pull down the screen until you notice it’s removed from the upper groove. I hope this will help. I’m not an electrician but this what i did following the instructions.
