Right Price for a essential workshop tool
The Tool for precision cabinet making.

This is easy to use with some inconvenience.
This is a well-made and accurate tool. A couple of items that are a little frustrating. The change modes of operation from "Edge" to "Side" to "Center" of a panel, there are 4 Allen keys of different sizes. This could have been reduced to one or two. "Which Allen do I use for this change?" is the frustration factor. Also, you do need to mark, in some way, the reference face of the parts to be doweled to have the process work to its best. I lay out the, say 6 boards, with the grain the way I want and take sets of 2 boards, with the faces on the "Outside", ends "Referenced" on one end. Do this three times and you have a flat, level panel. Order of operation is critical! With a little practice, this will serve you well.

Handy little jig
I have the same thing from Wolfcraft in SAE dimensions. This looks like it may have been made in the same factory, but in metric. It works very well. If you dowel 3/4" stock end to end, or to make a perpendicular joint, this will do it.

Better than trying to do it by hand.
The tiny allen nuts don't hold the spacing arm in place, so it moves, making the holes out of alignment. So you have to pay close attention to that. I drilled 160 10mm holes and the bit went dull. The guide hole wore down as well. Fortunately you can replace one guide with another. It is much cheaper than a domino machine but the domino may have been a better option.

Almost perfect.
An excellent product in everyway except one. It doesn't center on 3/4" plywood properly. This is because the ridges used for friction to keep the 2 pieces from moving do not allow the tool to center properly. They should try an abrasive surface instead. If not for this deficiency, it would be a great tool.
