I would recommend if your looking to cut the cleaning time down and make it easier and your house look and smell good buy this it has been amazing for my floors make sure you clean after every use so it don’t smell bad. It charges and I love that it dries your roller brush completely so no mildew smell. It’s worth the money. It’s very lightweight and I love that it has different cleaning features along with an auto feature to detect what speed it needs to be put on

I bought this when my old, famous name brand hard floor surface machine died. This one is a much better unit, it's heavier duty, and since it's cordless, I don't need to drag a cord around with me everywhere. I'm very satisfied, the battery lasts as long as I need it to, and the self cleaning feature is very good. A couple of other cool things that it doesn't tell you is that it has actual voice prompts, which makes it seem a little extra cool, and it also comes with a spare cleaning head, which should extend the life of the unit. A very cool added bonus. The unit is a little heavier than my old corded floor cleaner, but it seems to be more heavy duty, has more suction, and of course since it's cordless it has a battery inside, so I'm not complaining. So far, it's all good :-)

2/22/25 Update:The wet dry vacuum is still working, but less than 4 months after purchasing this 12S model, replacement rollers and filters are not available. Not even knock-off versions. What the actual F. Plenty of replacement 12Pro rollers and filters out there. Will update this and restore to higher rating if I can find replacement rollers and filters.I may be checking the warranty details to see if I can return this and replace it with the 12 pro.Original review:My expectations for this wet mop vacuum were low, but it has been great so far. I get my kitchen, dining room, and living room floors fairly well clean with a single charge and that’s on Turbo Mode (don’t know how Turbo Mode is different from regular mode, but it seems to be more powerful and it goes through battery power faster).I have two dogs and one is a Great Pyrenees who digs big holes in my backyard and sheds like crazy - red dirt and white fur tumbleweeds everywhere. At the end of a cleaning session, the dirty water container is full of fur and brown water so it’s picking up what I need it to.As someone with OCD tendencies, I would prefer to scrub the floors by hand with multiple buckets of water by my side. As someone who is exhausted and has back pain, though, that’s no longer realistic. Before this wet vacuum, I would just dry mop the floor and feel bad about not having the energy to tackle mopping. This vacuum helps me not only get some reasonably good floor cleaning done with little effort, it pushes me to get more cleaning done because I see progress!The vacuum announces out loud what you’re doing which is nice guidance since the buttons and lights aren’t all self-explanatory. When pressing buttons: “Power on”, “Turbo mode”, “Suction mode”. When you turn off the vacuum: “Powering off - return to base for charging”. When you press the self-clean button, it says something like ‘Empty dirty water container before starting self-cleaning’. Similar with drying function and charging.Oh and it self-cleans AND dries the roller! All you have to do (besides push the vacuum around):1) fill the clean water container with water and cleaning solution (which has a great scent in the bottle but unfortunately or maybe fortunately if you have trouble with scented products, I don’t notice the scent at all after cleaning)2) put vacuum on charging base and press a button to start self-cleaning, drying, and charging process.3) empty and rinse the dirty water container and rinse the little filter (I leave the filter and dirty water container out to dry for at least a day)I don’t know if this picks up everything, but the floor looks much cleaner after I’m done and the dirty water tank is full of gross crap so it’s picking up a lot. I don’t really give a 💩 about streaking because my flooring is ugly, but I don’t really notice any if that’s a concern for you. It doesn’t get all the way to the edges on the side but I think it gets closer if you push the front of the vacuum towards the edge of the room. It’s low enough that it fits under a lot of stuff like the dishwasher and cabinet bottoms and my end tables.The only potential complaints/areas for improvement:1) The clean water and dirty water containers don’t like to snap back into place right away. This might get worse eventually as I use it regularly and wear out whatever locks them into place. But maybe it will all be fine 🤷‍♀️.2) Would love a “steam” option to feel like it’s deep cleaning. But with all the other stuff this vacuum does, I’m okay with adding really hot water to the clean water tank to shoot for a similar effect.Here’s hoping this vacuum lasts 3 years or more.

Best purchase ever!!!!! I don’t mind my kids making messes anymore. This makes everything so much easier. I have used this in my house 5 times in the kitchen, bath and hallway on 1/2 charge before using all the battery. I wish I would have bought this 2 years ago before I bought other big name items that only mop and then are a mess to clean up. This keeps it all separate so it is a breeze to clean up. The solution smells wonderful and doesn’t leave a sticky film. It cleans well and actually cleans. As the owner of a cleaning company I wish I had more of these for all of the girls to use because they are the best I have ever used!There are several modes and battery life is excellent. This is a great value for the money, built well, works well, and very durable.

**** UPDATED REVIEWThis company reached out to make things right and sent me a new model that is working just great. So far no issues. I’m very satisfied with the customer service so I wanted to update my review.Horrible horrible horrible!! Do not buy this. The first I had started spitting water everywhere and stopped suctioning anything after a week, they sent me a replacement cool.. 2 months later same issue and guess what? Now it’s too late and Amazon won’t do anything about it. $300 down the drain. And the company is so slow to respond for repairs I don’t even want this piece of garbage excuse for a vacuum. Save your money save your time buy another one with better credibility. I’m so unsatisfied with this purchase it actually ruined my floors dt the flooding caused from this.

The first month YES!! I was bragging about this vacuum. But now after using it for 4 months…it has loss some suction with clumps being stuck where it enters the vacuum.I still use it of course but I have to stop and clean the roller frequently, which I didn’t use to have to do.

Works great! First time using it was disgusting how much dirt came up. Much better then a steam mop alone. Been using for a few months. No smell, no issues. Definitely recommend.

This is the second vacuum I've bought. The first one wouldn't pick up the water and would leak all over my floors. Thank God I got the extended warranty, but it couldn't be fixed. I got a full refund and bought the newer version. Well, this one has the same problem. I'm done with this vacuum, and it goes in the garbage.
