I work in a hot tropical climate. After a long day or just a long walk, water sometimes doesn't seem quite enough to quench thirst. These tablets are super for doing just that and restoring energy levels. I think lime flavour is by far the best, very enjoyable as a drink in its own right even without the restorative qualities

The best electrolytes out there, taste really good and definitely work.

Has a subtle taste and clean texture.I'm unsure of any benefits but it is very easy to consume with a nice subtle taste.

This box of Sport Electrolytes comes as 8 separate tubes containing 10 tablets in each, making 80 tablets in total. Each tube measures approximately 10cm long x 3cm in diameter, so is a nice compact size for keeping in your bag or jacket.The tablets are taken by dropping 1 tablet in a glass of 300ml of water and wating for the tablet to fully dissolve, then stir and consume immediately. The pack advises that you can take up to 3 tablets a day, but I found 1 tablet a day to be sufficient for me.The flavour I tried was Lemon Lime which I found to be a pleasant and subtle taste, making them easy to drink.I have used these when indulging in sports activities but I have also found they work great when just at work. Come 3pm in the afternoon at work I am starting to feel bored and low on energy and I have found that having 1 of these tablets in a glass of water really perks me up for the rest of the day.They may initially seem quite expensive, but for my 1 a day usage the pack will last almost 3 months, so in reality pricing is fair.I have been using these now for about 3 weeks and certainly feel they have boosted my energy when it starts to get low. Recommended.

This is a review of 'Nuun Sport Electrolyte Tablets, Strawberry Lemonade, 8 Pack (80 Tablets) (Strawberry Lemonade)'.This is an electrolyte product with flavouring. I have been using electrolytes in various forms for a long time as I go swimming and use saunas as well as working out at the gym. I have used powder products, ready made drinks, and this was my first time trying the dissolvable tablets. These are to be dissolve in 300ml of water which is a lot less than I usually have when working out. For reference another product I used calls for 600ml-1litre of water. I found this a bit annoying because it means I have to bring this and then also another separate thing of water to the gym with me, as 300ml water wouldn't be enough for me to take during a workout. Maybe these are intended more for general use at home rather than working out? I find they taste quite nice although not very strong or sweet, just a subtle flavour. There is no prominent salty taste which is good. I like how portable they are and the electrolyte blend does definitely hydrate me well. Although I enjoyed these I probably prefer the powder products that you can add to about a liter of water and has a stronger flavour.

I have started to put these electrolytes in my water and I have felt like I have quite a bit more energy and focus. It may just be a placebo but even if it is, I still think it is worth it.You get 80 tablets which is quite a lot and will last a couple months if you have 1 a day. I got the strawberry lemonade flavour and it's not too bad. It did take a little getting used to and it makes the water slightly fizzy but once you start drinking it often, you get used to it and it a actually becomes quite nice. Overall, I would certainly recommend.
