I have had this mattress before but it was about 7 years old so when we got a spare kingsize bed we put it on that - still extremely comfortable and in good condition. We ordered another the same for our bed and I could tell it was even more comfy to sleep on being new. Medium firm said say, I don’t like very soft beds and this is just right. Nice thickness, standard fitted sheets do fit but I get the extra deep sheet for ease of bed making . Mattress doesn’t smell and not too hot either.

Nice mattress. Sprigs poke out of the sides though.Pocket spring is the best you can buy though.Happy with purchase.Annoyed you took the price down after I bought it though.Thank you.

Really comfortable mattress well worth the money however it was dispatched the same day but wasn't delivered by the carrier six days later so if you are in a hurry you might consider this .what was really disappointing was the outer plastic cover it was wrapped in was absolutely filthy so much so I had to open one end and slide the mattress out so it didn't get dirty the carrier should take more care

I originally purchased this mattress in April 2021. When it arrived it looked a little off shape but thought it would settle after use. This didn't happen and it only got worse as time went by. It looked as though the top part of the mattress was not attached properly and was slipping off leaving springs exposed at one side. I contacted Amazon after a few months and they replaced the mattress with no fuss. This is where it gets worse! They sent what was supposed to be the exact same mattress. This could not be further from the truth. It's got the same labeling and name but the new one is just floppy! The original one I had was nice and firm and other than the manufacturer defect would have been fine. I've tried to get used to it but it's too soft and for what is supposed to be a 1000 pocket sprung mattress feels more like a traditional spring open coil mattress. I'm so disappointed I've always bought silent night mattresses but after this think I will be looking for a different brand. I will be contacting silent night directly to have them come and review the mattress as I don't think it's genuine.

Mattress is really comfortable, I was expecting it to be double sided but it’s not, thats probably my fault for not reading the description correctly. The delivery service was terrible, first the original delivery was cancelled with no reason given after I had already hauled the old mattress downstairs! Next delivery date was 5 days later so I had to haul it back up the stairs. On the second delivery they refused to take the old mattress away as it was stained! Sweat stains yes as it’s 3 years old. Silent night needs to detach themselves from this delivery company, they would rather refund the recycle cost and leave customers to make their own recycle arrangements than actually deliver a service they offer.

Had this Mattress for a week now and I can say is every comfy. Not too hard and not too soft just perfect!

Waking up more fresher and feeling like I've slept well. I won't make the mistake again as I did before this mattress, purchasing a brand that isn't well known. Very happy with my purchase and great service from Amazon delivering it. As always, thank you!

Never ordered an item so big through Amazon but very happy with the process. The mattress was a great price, the delivery notifications were perfect and item delivered with no issues. Very happy with everything.
