I’ve bought 2 and both times the rope unscrews and falls apart while doing the wod. This it was not just a fluke.

Should have the read the other reviews before I bought this. Works really great for about 3 WODs and then it’s trash. My rope slipped out and now the barrel doesn’t spin. I would only buy this if you have a two week trial and then quit after that.

I regret my decision to take a chance on these after seeing other reviews about the cable not staying in the handles. This worked well for one day and was great when it was functional. By day 2 the cables would take turns flying out of the handles mid jump. I ended up having to tape them (see pic). I was fine “dealing” with that solution, but now here we are 4 months later and one of the handles doesn’t spin anymore. So this jump rope is basically useless at this point as I have had to go back to using my old one (Rogue RX rope) which has been going strong for four years. I’m pretty bummed though, because I really wanted to try a lightweight speed rope as the RX rope is a lot heavier. Wish it wasn’t so cheap, it was great the first day!

Bought two of these, one for wife and one for self. I absolutely do NOT regret spending the money on these and you won’t either!

After numerous double under workouts of one side slipping out at the point of the rope and handle, i just threw them in the trash. Did my best to tighten but just couldnt get it reliable enough to trust. I love this companies grips and belt. Not so much the rope.

The first and last time I used this rope it felt apart in the middle of the wod.I can’t say anything about the speed bacause as I started, everything went flying up in the air. Not just the rope, but some parts of the handles too.
