The Best Dehumidifier
This has been on constantly in our two bedroom apartment. For some reason we just struggle with humidity, most of the tenants do here. It works fantastically, and we're even going to be purchasing the smaller version for the bathroom as it tends to need a bit of extra help after the shower is ran. It's energy efficient, a great value for as much work it does, it's not noisy at all, easy to empty, and even during the summer months it can hold a lot of water so we don't have to empty it so frequently. I've also never had it put off any heat like the other dehumidifiers I have had in the past. It's just a well built little machine. I could not recommend this enough!

Like to put it on a timer
Does a good job taking moisture out of the air. Have it my basement. Don’t use it in the winter. I will be starting up soon with the warmer weather coming. I have it hooked to the hose and drain the water down the sewer. Like to run it on the timer.

GREAT Dehumidifier
I love this machine, it works so well. I tried a couple others but I live in the attic with three areas, and I needed something more powerful. Even with a couple conditioners, the humidity was out of control. And adding this to the mix really helped allow the air conditioners to work better. The tank is big so I only have to empty it once a day, or twice on a very humid day and I appreciate that there's a handle on it. I think it has some tubes for an automatic drain, but I don't have that capability so using the tank is fine. I have tried others that are just too small and not strong enough, and this gets the job done. It really cools down my third floor, I even have it in the other room and my bedroom stays cooler. After a very hot and humid summer, I was so grateful to finally find this, and to discover how much humidity I actually had in the Attic. Even now that it's cooler I'm probably still going to use it to take the stuffiness out. I think that's better for my health as well. And I love that it automatically shuts off with some beeping, so I know when to empty it, and you can regulate it just by the level that you like, and it goes off and on top stay at that level. A great machine! I also appreciated the extended warranty that the company offered.

Stop working with limited use.
Purchased 8/21/24- only used several times- now it is not working. 5/7/25. There is a 3 year warranty and sent the company an email as instructed. I'm currently waiting for a response and will update rating if issue is resolved.*Update 6/5/25-changed review to 4 star rating as customer service did reach out to me. They apologized for the delay and are sending me compensation for my inconvenience.

Not quiet, but perfect for basement
We live in an old house and have learned to keep a self-monitoring dehumidifier in the basement. This is the third one we've had (number two lasted less than 2 years). This is actually the loudest of the three, but it does the trick and I don't mind knowing that it has kicked on or off. If we happen to be hanging out in the basement, I simply turn it off for that time. I bought a separate thermometer/hygrometer as suggested in other reviews, and they stay within 5% of each other. We've had it for almost two months, including several rainy spells. The price point was great, and I certainly appreciate the bonus 3-year warranty that it came with. If the company is willing to provide that, I have some peace of mind that it will last at least that long.

Fairly quiet and works pretty well.
It doesn't remove moisture as quickly as my other 2 dehumidifiers, but it's quieter and doesn't leak water. I'll purchase another when one of them dies on me. We live right on the water and use it downstairs below the main part house where we don't run the AC down there as much.

Works great- good customer service
I’d have to say after replacing my large dinosaur dehumidifier with this smaller version I was a little skeptical, but I think it is just the evolution of technology that enables this unit to work great without having the bulk and weight of my old unit.I am using this unit in my basement. I started with a humidity level of 74% and within two days it went down to 54%. I am very satisfied with the performance.Customer service seems very accommodating. While filling out my online warranty information, I mistakenly left out some numbers that were vital to their records. I was contacted via e-mail by the Warranty department to correct this error. The process was seamless, and I also received an acknowledgment to assure that my warranty was correctly registered.Time will tell, but with a three-year warranty I think I’m safe and if this unit should fail after that time period, at this price point, I will most definitely purchase another one from this company.

Failure after 3 months. Hard Pass.
Worked great for a few months. Fan works but compressor has failed. Unit will not pull moisture from basement. No answer from customer service after an inquiry, even though this unit is still under warranty. I expect to get 2-3 years service typically but 2-3 months is more than underwhelming. Can’t recommend this one based on premature failure.
