My incontinent mother has leaks down her leg with the most absorbent Depends & I'm seeking waterproof pants for winter. Any product recommendations?

The Duralite pant is a waterproof pant that goes over adult diapers to keep leaks from happening. You would need to measure the thigh area as this is the most important aspect to make sure the elastic is snug enough around the thigh to hold in the leaks.

Are these worn with the label inside or out?

They have changed where they put the label. The new ones have the label on the outside, located on the side as shown in the picture above

I'm 40 in waste what size should i get??

Hi, I have a 42 inch waist. I ordered my pair in X-Large. They are just a little bit roomy worn over NorthShore FlexSupreme disposable diapers in medium. The quality is excellent, light weight, smooth texture, feels great against the skin. Hope this helps...
