Great First "Big Kid" Bike!
My 6 year-old was absolutely thrilled to upgrade to the Sting 20T! We were looking for a sturdy and straightforward bike for him to build confidence on, and this one has been a great fit so far. What we love:* Good Size and Fit: The 20-inch size seems just right for him, with a bit of room to grow. He can comfortably reach the pedals and handlebars, which was a big concern for us.* Simple and Easy to Ride: Being a single-speed, it's uncomplicated for him to just get on and go. He's not fiddling with gears and can focus on balancing and steering.* Sturdy Build: It feels like a solid, well-made bike. It's already taken a few tumbles in the park and has held up perfectly. The frame seems robust enough for enthusiastic kid-level abuse!* He Loves the Look: The design is sporty and appealing to him, which definitely added to the excitement. He feels like he has a "proper big kid bike" now.* Decent Brakes: The caliper brakes work well enough for his current riding speed and environment (mostly flat parks and quiet streets). They were fairly easy to adjust.Things to consider:* Assembly: It came semi-assembled, and while it wasn't overly complicated, it did take a bit of time and a couple of adjustments to get the brakes and seat just right. If you're not comfortable with basic bike mechanics, you might want to get it assembled professionally.* Weight: It's not the lightest kids' bike out there, given its steel frame. While my son manages fine, a very petite child might find it a little heavy to maneuver initially.* No Frills: This is a basic, no-suspension bike. For neighborhood rides and park paths, it's perfect. If you're looking for something for rougher trails, you might want a model with suspension.Overall:We're really happy with the Sting 20T. It's a fantastic, no-nonsense bike for kids transitioning to a larger size. It feels safe, looks cool (according to my son!), and seems durable enough to last. For the price, we feel it offers good value. Perfect for learning and enjoying those first tastes of cycling independence!

Missing many parts, both tires flat.
The media could not be loaded. Delivered without a mud guard, without bolts for the training wheels, both tubes of the tires were punctured, front design element on handle bar was missing. No spanner or any tool in the box for fixing it at home. There is no instruction booklet, the small one provided is useless with only 4 generic pages. Good luck trying to assemble it at home. You need to take it to a cycle shop. Better to buy a cycle from a local shop since they will gauruntee providing all parts and in a working/assembled condition. Did not expect this level of product delivery from a reputed brand like Hero. Never buying a cycle online. I had to spend 800 bucks, excluding assembly cost, just to replace the missing parts and tube.

Great Starter Bike for Kids – Sturdy, Stylish, and Value for Money
I recently purchased the Hero Sting 16T bicycle for my 6-year-old, and overall, it’s been a very satisfying experience. What I Liked:Sturdy Build: The steel frame feels solid and well-constructed. It handles small bumps and rough patches pretty well for a kid’s bike.Perfect Size: The 16-inch wheels are ideal for kids aged 5 to 7. My child was able to ride it comfortably after a little practice.Good Braking System: The caliper brakes work reliably and provide decent stopping power for a child's riding needs.Sporty Look: The black-red design gives the bike a cool and energetic look. My kid loves it!Internal Carrier: Handy for carrying a small bag or water bottle during short rides.
