The counter itself is great; it looks very nice and is fairly sturdy. However, Amazon has chosen to send these in their Amazon bags rather than a small box. I had two arrive to me with the box inside the bag open, and the first product I got was broken. After poor handling by Amazon employees, the box often comes open (at the very least, it happened twice in a row). A change should be made in order to protect the product during transit, whether that's appealing to Amazon to package the product differently or changing the initial product packing from an acrylic box with a pressure-opening method to something else.
