So nice
Working great easy to use. The instructions could be better but overall they work great.

Out of the box test. No calibration.
I used this item to test my water purity and alkalinity. I did not calibrate either unit just used them straight out of the box. I used my tap water as a baseline and each test showed the filtered water had markedly lower ppm and higher alkalinity. 200 ppm for filtered and 700ppm for tap. 9ph filtered vs 7ph tap. I just wanted to see if the filter was working.

works good enough, helped raise crop quality.
The ppm meter seemed to jump in increments. It stabilized good enough for me to measuere feedings.Ph meter seemed unstable at first after calibration but when using stable quality nutrients it would generate a stable reading.Good enough

You get what you pay for.
Had this set for a month and a week. The TDS meter is already corroded and won’t turn on. I kept both meters in cool, dry places (as you do with all aquarium products), yet the TDS meter is already unusable. The pH meter needs to be calibrated before each use to be truly accurate. I guess you get what you pay for.

Great product & customer support!
New to hydroponics. Bought this pH and TDS meters pair. After about 40 days, the TDS meter stopped working. Called Amazon, they connected to the seller via email. Found sellers phone number, called and immediately they sent an email as well as text with photo of shipping label with a new replacement unit. From first phone call to receipt of the replacement unit took four days! Like this product and most of all, their customer support. Highly recommend this product and seller.

If do you have water filter system, you MUST have this set
This set is awesome! I compared results with a professional lab meter and this are very accurate.Using this set will save you $$$ in water filter cartridges !!!Manufacturers will recommend you to change cartridges every 6 months “by time” but I realize that measuring the water solids, the cartridges decreased JUST 10% of original measurements

Don’t bother purchasing
The ppm meter is okay to use, but the alkalinity meter is a pos. I tried several times to get this to work and calibrate, but it ended up in the trash after hours of trying. Save your money and find something else.

Buy extra battery.
I got it and it won't turn on. Could be a battery haven't looked into it yet. Still pretty lame. Looks nice though.

Get what you pay for
You get what you pay for, and in this case it's not so bad. Keep in mind there's a reason these sensors costs hundreds of dollars each for quality, so this is mass produced stuff with 'that'll do' accuracy. I imagine lifespan will be pretty short, but so far so good for me. Make sure when you're using them the water is still, otherwise the readings will fluctuate like crazy (especially if there's bubbles as the air hits the sensor).Using these to drop my tap water from pH7 down to pH6 for my hydroponics plants, and seems to be working great. I use EC to measure nutrients and it's likely not perfect but it seems fairly accurate between batches (Ie, I always add the same amount or half strength and seem to get those consistent results with reader). Plants are growing so that's the main thing. Just come on, don't expect the world they're so damn cheap. My previous work paid $400 for a high quality pH sensor...

Not water proof or resistant
Cheap so I like... Not water proof not even resistant... Open holes in design.. water gets in its finished... I tape mine up with elec. Tape

Accurate Readings and a Reasonable Price
The local tapwater is very hard (360 ppm total dissolved solids) and alkaline (pH 7.8-8.5). I keep tropical fish some of which prefer soft lightly acid water, so I installed a reverse osmosis unit to process the tapwater for the aquariums. I ordered the above meters to check the hardness and pH of the processed water and was pleased to find both meters worked very well indeed. My fish are happy!

For short term use
Price was good and accuracy good enough for my purpose but pH meter did not last long before going berserk
