The bobble head looks just like my husband's picture I provided, even to the smallest details such as his sneakers and outfit. I absolutely loved the finished product! I ordered two of these bobbleheads, and although they took a little over 4 weeks to arrive, these came in great condition and looked just like the individuals. They were very easy to customize and ended up looking very good. The individuals who these were customized for loved them as well. Amazing detail quality in the outfits as well as the faces. I was a bit nervous spending this kind of money on a silly gift, but I must say the gift value was quickly achieved. I was impressed by the quality and attention to detail by the supplier. The very first time they contacted me, they sent images of both the head and body, and asked me to approve within 24 hours, or they would ship. They were obviously in a different time zone, so most our communication took place before I went to bed in the Midwest U.S..When I first saw the images, it was clear by the nose and chin that the head starts out as a "stock" item. I indicated that the customized head didn't look anything like the image I'd sent. I said that the nose and chin were not right. They modified both, and sent new images. I was then, very impressed by the detail. They really wanted me to be satisfied. The bobble head was assembled onto the body, only after I approved it. It was packaged very well, and shipped in a pretty gift box. Unfortunately, when I received it, the feet of the body had broken loose from its stand. I decided to glue it back down on my own, which went well. I did report the issue, and they also recommended that I glue it. I have done so, and couldn't be happier with the results.
