really really nice phone. so far after little over a month of general use I cant fault it. and for the price it punches above its weight. got this to replace a 3 year old galaxy mega. sooo much nicer in the pocket. all updates glitch free. if your looking for a £600 phone this aint it. but at £200 its one you need to at least consider. My only beef was the phone calls I had with amazon as the price fluctuated 3 times within 48hrs of buying it. it was a lot of hassle for nothing. but it got sorted, not perfectly, but amicably.

Battery not up to much
Arrived by prime next day. Couple of days before I noticed a blemish on the screen where the Sony logo is. Not so sure I should've sent it back. As a consequence when it came to put the screen protector on, (which is another issue in its self), it wouldn't sit down. This is an upgrade from my old E1, whose battery, even after 4 years, would last most of a week. This will need charging every day. I paid a decent price for a model that is over 3 years old.

Sony Experia M5
I was somewhat hesitant at first to purchase a phone from Amazon having always looked to specific phone retailers but when the phone arrived in perfect boxed condition and on time I realised I should not have worried.I travel a lot so always go SIM free and don't have to worry about the high unlocking costs and was happy that I could find the phone I wanted on Amazon. The phone itself is a good mid range phone with excellent camera - the front facing camera has better specs than my old phones main camera so was always going to exceed my expectations.Having looked at other Experia phones (namely the Z5 compact series) I am pleased I chose this one, it is much bigger and I have had no problems with running all apps and games. The fact that it is waterproof also helped sell the phone over other similar phones on the market with a lower resistance rating. The only downside I have had so far is the Micro SD and SIM card slots are quite fiddly to open and replace (as shown in the picture) but this is understandable due to the waterproof rating and is such a small part of the phone (and only needs to be opened every once in a while.)Overall I am extremely happy with this phone and the delivery service received.

All that I had hoped for
Had to change from my windows phone. Decided on Android and not to sell my soul to Apple/iPhone/iTunes. Did not want to spend a lot on a phone as I do not use it a great deal (being a retired senior). Spent couple of days trawling through Google and Amazon and decided on Sony Xperia M5. A balance of Screen/Camera/Android Level/Features v Price. Have had the phone for about three months. All seems fine. Preferred the clearer Windows screen layouts but they are no longer a viable option so I am learning to live with Android, same as millions of other people. At under £100 it is good value.

All good
Always skeptical about buying things like phones from Amazon as there is so much stuff which appears to be "seconds". But trusted other reviews, the packaging and everything was all as it should be. For £160, this was a bargain. She auto start up and software installation (in which there are no options) deleted all my sim contacts though.

Factory faults are a common place
came fully sealed but the phone itself was broken from the factory with a problem of restarting randomly all the time, i looked this up after and it is apparently a very common problem, i then looked for support on the Sony website and they don't even acknowledge the phones existence.not worth the money or the time.
