These are a very pleasant biscuit and gluten free.
A very pleasant taste and are in twin packs, easy to open providing you can see the little v shape on the bottom of the each pack to tear it open. Stay fresh right to the end of each box.

Ginger and Lemon biscuits
The biscuits arrived, all broken up, good job they were only for me, however they were delicious,a little bit expensive, even for gluten free

Great GF Snack
really good separate packs for all you GF sufferers, the separate packs means you can open just two biscuits at a time. My wife loves them.

Not bad for beginners at gluten free game
Almost as good as the stuff with gluten in. Ginger adds a nice touch. Texture fine.

Quality has declined
I have purchased these a few times and was always impressed with the biscuit flavour, consistency and general quality. They were one of the best gluten free biscuits I had found, with a lovely flavour, texture and appearance. My friends couldn’t tell they were gluten free and actually preferred them to my other offerings when they visited. However, my last purchase was very disappointing…. You wouldn’t recognise them as the same product. This biscuits were over cooked, hard, and had none of the lovely texture or buttery flavour that I have known in the past, and they looked decidedly unappealing! In short, they were all the bad things that muggles expect out of a gluten free biscuit.

MAYBE SOME BATCHES BETTER THAN OTHERS
MY BATCH WAS VERY VERY DRY AND BRITTLE

Sehr leckeres Gebäck, das nicht die üblichen Geschmacksmerkmale von glutenfreien Lebensmitteln aufweist. Würde ich empfehlen!

The Walker’s cookies are yummy, however the entire box of cookies were either broken in-half or broken up to seven pieces! I read other reviews and this issue seems to be prevalent. How about wrapping them with bubble wrap and in a proper size of shipping box?

The cookies taste fine but all except one were broken. If I had needed these for an event they would have been completely unusable. I suggest you do a better job of packing and mark it fragile. The bag looked like it had been stepped on. These are expensive and gluten free shortbread is hard to find. If they hadn't tasted so good this would've gotten one star.
