I broke my ankle and this was an absolute lifesaver. At the start, I tried elevating my foot with pillows, but it was unsteady, my ice pack would fall off, and I needed better support. I found this by chance and am so glad I did! It is sturdy and provides great support. I was able to put my splint on it, lay my foot in the splint, and my ice pack didn't move. During the night, I never worried about my foot falling off it. To provide extra support (I think this was more mental) I rolled up a small blanket and laid it beside my leg. The bottom level is removable which came in handy at times. It's not heavy so it's easy to move. At first, I thought it was too small, but in the end for me (5'4") it was a perfect size and height. It is soft, but is quite firm so the support is there, and the shape worked perfectly. The shape has maintained after 2 months of use. The handles are great as well and help with moving and carrying it. All in all, highly recommend if you need to elevate your foot or ankle!

I snapped my fibula and will be having surgery to repair it shortly. I was having a hard time getting pillows to be comfortable enough or tall enough to elevate my leg, so I ordered this and it has EXCEEDED my expectations. It is very comfortable and adjustable. It’s firm enough to hold my leg up, but soft enough to be very cozy. I am 5’5”, and my leg fits perfectly with a couple of inches to spare.

This is unfortunately the second time I've needed to elevated my legs and is definitely more convenient and comfortable than a makeshift pile of pillows or a 20" squishmallow. If you expect to be bedridden for a while, I think this is a no brainer for your comfort. I am smaller so like someone else mentioned, I can rest both legs together (including one in a splint) on the cushion.If you like to put your feet up while sitting or laying down, this would still benefit you after it's not medically beneficial. Didn't smell funny and pretty stable without too much firmness. If you want to go softer you can lay a pillow along the top.

I used this when recovering from a knee replacement. I took the bottom layer off and used it for a little elevation, but if I'd wanted the leg above the heart, this would work with both layers on. It's comfortable & it's easy to move around with the handles that are built in.

This cushion is a great height for keeping my foot elevated after bunion surgery. The handles make it easy to move around on the bed if I want to lie down or sit up. It is light weight but stays put when I roll over. The cover is soft. The Velcro strips do hold the top cushion to the bottom, although the top cushion twists just a little because there is no Velcro on the slanted end. Not enough offset to affect the function, but something to be aware of if having it be less than perfectly square would bother you. I took a star off because the corners on one end have not fully decompressed even after a week of being out of the packaging. It still does what I want, my legs are short enough that I don’t care about the half inch or so of lost height on the far end. Overall I am satisfied and recommend this product.

I had a knee replacement surgery, I used to put pillows under my feet, which was really not comfortable, then I found this extremely comfortable foot rest on Amazon, it is very comfortable. Comfortable in all situations is definitely the right decision for everyone

This pillow is amazing! The adjustability factor adds to its appeal. Not that it would matter to some people but I’m a registered nurse with over 40 years experience and I can’t recommend this pillow enough! I had a fusion on 3 metatarsals and am non weight bearing and this pillow has helped with keeping me comfortable. Don’t have to worry about your leg slipping off as will happen with plain bed pillows. It supports my lower leg while in bed, in a lounge chair and in a regular chair with a foot stool. Don’t think twice about it!
