Wingman XB 3 Converter - Elevate Your Gaming: Wireless Adapter for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC with Remap & Turbo Features [Official Exclusive Edition]

This adapter does exactly what it says! It lets me use my 8BitDo Pro 2 controller on my Xbox One with no strings attached, but I've had some initial quirks. My Left and Right Triggers were a bit too "touchy" at first; this is when I found out that the Wingman XB3 doesn't have the latest firmware. You just need to manually update it by visiting Brook's website, and the "touchy triggers" problem will be gone. I really like how it works with 8BitDo's Bluetooth Adapters right out of the box, too! There's no input latency issues when I want to use my controller wirelessly, AND I can use my Turbo and Macro features. On top of that, the Wingman itself also has Turbo and Macro features if you use their specially made software! I've read on their website that they sell all kinds of adapters for different consoles, like the PS5 and Nintendo Switch. If this cool little device is anything to go by, maybe I should stock up on more of these. ^^

If you're like me, a controller fanatic, I like to collect different variations of controllers on PC/Xbox/Playstation. This device allows me to use all my PC controllers on my Xbox with no latency lag. People think its a cheating device, it is not. It is simply just a wireless converter that allows you to use a unlicensed Xbox controller on the Xbox. You can use a dongle the controller comes with or via blue tooth and or USB cable. You just simply plug in and it should start flashing and be ready to pair with a controller. It works with different controllers such as BigBigWon Blitz 2, Gamesir Cyclone 2, Easy SMX controllers with no hesitation. I just love using mechanical button controllers while playing on Xbox, and not a lot of licensed Xbox controllers offer that, especially wireless ones. This is defnitely worth the money and works way better than the Mayflash adapter. I just wish that the adapter would be compatible with other consoles instead of having to buy an adapter for each console.

Works as advertised with Vader 4 pro on series X. Have to plug/unplug adapter once in a while but it’s never failed me while it already been engaged.

It works when it connects. Often times it takes multiple times to connects, like 8-15 times after you connect it, it's mostly great! Only other complaints is the mapping of the screenshot button and touch pad they are reversed from xbox to Playstation. Again actual gameplay is awesome! If you like using the Playstation controller vs Xbox controller it's definitely worth, lag time is practically nonexistent with this dongle.

I main pc gaming, however, return to xbox every once in a while to play games that aren’t cross platform with friends. Controllers like the Vader 4 Pro, that aren’t natively supported by Xbox are just superior to those that are supported by Xbox. With the Brook adapter, I’ve been so pleased with being able to use any controller I want on Xbox. I don’t really have any gripes with it as it was pretty much just plug and play and has no noticeable input lag (I play mainly FPS games, so I’d likely notice). Easily worth the money if you value not being restricted to using only “designed for Xbox” controllers.

Waste of money, only works for a few rare/expensive controllers, if at all, I bought a listed controller and it's spotty and disconnects after 10 minutes so I have to go through a bunch of B's to get it working again. I've never gotten through a play session without ripping this pos out of the Xbox and plugging in a wired controller.

This thing is genius! My issue was that my neighbor bought this huge RV with all the WiFi connections which started to cause my wireless Xbox controller to constantly drop. I tried everything in the books. The wingman device worked perfectly! It tricked the Xbox by thinking I was connected wired (USB Devise Mode) and now I’m back to my wireless convenience life all thanks to WINGMAN!

Just tested on the Gamesir G7 pro. Without any knowledge of how to connect this controller to my Xbox it probably wouldn’t have worked. I found a YouTube channel where the creator actually used this controller with the XB3 wingman. So after trying it myself I was able to get it to work. Next issue is I have no audio for my headset to play multiplayer games. When I turn off my Xbox and back on, I have to connect every time using the process from YouTube. So I’m not 100% sure if it’s worth the trouble to use this every time I wanna play my Xbox when I have other controllers with less issues. I didn’t notice and lag with my G7 pro in conjunction with the wingman. So I’m kinda hit and miss with this converter. It works, I can use non Xbox licensed controllers, but the issue with my headphones and having to manually reconnect every time I want to use my controller is super tedious and tiresome. One good thing is I actually can use my settings I programmed from my PC gamesir app on my Xbox. Also you can’t use the Xbox gamesir app with the wingman. App shows that the controller is not recognized. So this isn’t a full on hater review, more like a use at your own risk PSA since I’m sure anyone buying this is trying to use non Xbox specific controllers. Otherwise the wingman works, but just not perfectly.

Endlich kann ich Dualshock 3,4 und den Dualsense an der Xbox series x verwenden. Find ich gut. Man kann auch Controller Remapen und Turbo inputs hinzufügen mit 5 Stufen (was man nicht sollte in online Spielen, da man für turbo inputs gebannt werden kann, aber in Story Games ist es okay)

Parfait ! J’étais un peu septique au vu des avis divergents sur internet mais je suis agréablement surprise! Le dongle fonctionne parfaitement et me permet de connecter ma Flydigi Apex 4 et Vaper 4 Pro sans soucis sur Séries X. Je ne ressent pas d’input lag particulier, si il y en a je ne le vois pas tout est réactif . La connexion ce fait aussi bien en Bluetooth que par le dongle wifi des manettes. Seul points négatifs, on ne peut pas éteindre la console avec et on doit reconnecter la manette à chaque démarrage. Dans mon cas ca ne me dérange mais je tiens à le souligner quand même. Je ne peux que recommander ! Attention à bien mettre à jour le dongle depuis un of c’est essentiel.
