Is it sticky? Like if I drop it on the floor is it coming up like a hairball?

I have two furry dogs, so on the rare chance I do drop it, or one of my dogs touches it - it does get hair stuck on it. But it's easy emough to rinse off gently and wipe it for me.

I found 2 sources that pretty much state it is BPA free. 1) "Hypoallergenic and completely safe and non-toxic, it contains no BPA, phthalates or latex; cleans easily with soap and water." 2) "Materials: Needoh is hypoallergenic, safe and non-toxic, it contains no BPA, phthalates or latex so is safe for little fingers to play with. Inside is a PVA glue compound!" Not sure why this was not included in the description as I believe this would have been good information.
