Product does not work as advertised and was shipped missing parts, do not buy this
The product lies when they claim it can be used outdoors, they brag about it working on open campgrounds. But it won't go through leaves on trees, so forget trying to use this in any outdoor environment other than a bare parking lot. Was shipped without the plug and without the bracket for installation as well, but the return window had closed before I discovered these missing items so I can't even resell it. What a waste of money.

SUPER unit!
Plugged it in, didn't work, called tech...started working in seconds.Read through the instructions and I was missing a dumb (on my part) something with the settings...no big deal.What confused me was that they tell you to disconnect the wifi/nework from your computer and set your computer to a differant IP.Confused me a bit...Tech had me up and running in seconds.Disconnected and reset the ip on the comuter and off it went into the web!THEN...to make matters better, I used the POE and not we don't need more wires (from the wart). Tucked the unit up in the joists and you can't even see it. We had bad connectivity in the basement (where ALL the wires are) so this thing got us back to full strength.GREAT product IMHO.

Wi-Fi Solution for 6 acre farm
Researched for Wi-Fi for my 6 acre Cacao farm in Kauai. Mounting hardware provides almost limitless options. Could not ask for more. Initial set up was easy with one stipulation. Only way to set up is via Ethernet which slowed me down a bit as my Mac did not have one. Had to borrow a laptop and minus that inconvenience, setup was a breeze. Only suggestion is that the setup process be accessible via Wi-Fi.

Does not even come with a PoE injector which adds $20 to the already overpriced unit.

Good product with good distance and setup is a snap!
Nice product, easy install, easy programming. Getting about 500 feet in an open field with 3 trees in between, not bad. The 2.4ghz is all I am using at the moment so can't give you pros or cons on 5ghz.
