Fits but doesn’t work on my Eufy C31 video door bells
Fits slot but doesn’t work on my Eufy C31 video door bells. Battery’s from Eufy have a USB port charging cover see photo. Since my review and purchase this supplier has removed the c31 compatible remarks. The Eufy company reports their battery will work in both e340 and c31. The third party reportedly works only with e340 items. Unclear why two items are interchangeable

ADDPOWER battery not fully compatible with E340 doorbell camera.
It's not fully compatible with the Eufy E340. It powers the device, transmits video to my HomeBase S380, and I can view video from alerts. I can not see live video while this batter is in the E340. Not a show-stopper, as I charge this batter when the OEM battery runs low, then use it just long enough to charge the OEM battery, the put the OEM batter back into it. That works, but is kind of a hassle, so I probably would not buy this product again.

Doesn’t work
Created a technical issue with my doorbell preventing it from connecting to home base, so it was completely useless for me and I had to return it. Oem battery works fine and I intended to use this as a swap while oem charges, but didn’t work out

This works great for my Eufy e340, and now I have an extra battery to use while I charge the other!

Absolutely, horrible product. Does not hold a charge at all, both batteries and useless.

Buy primal battery not this one
Not happy with this battery. It doesn’t hold a charge for even a whole week. Save you money and buy the original battery
