Low profile and Fits well
Got this for running. Going light was my main concern. Fits well, I can put an 8oz or 250ml soft flask in The back or two if I wanted and several gels in the front and still have room for more. It sat over my waist band of my shorts and stayed there. I have a 27 inch waist and the XS size fits well. Satisfied with purchase.I have not tried this with poles.

Great gift for a Spartan Racer
Bought it for my boyfriend and he loves it. Been doing Spartan for years and he lost it. It’s the best belt out in the market.

Big enough to stuff a Samsung S24 Ultra in and still have room for your keys in the front zipper pocket. keeps everything snug, would recommend it for your runs.
