Amazon Basics Steel Security Safe with Digital Keypad, 19.8 L, Black

Perfect, great value for money, easy to install and perfect in size. It can fit a lot of items in there and the instructions are very simple to use to create your own pin. I would definitely recommend this safe.

A good value option. Bought one of these to tuck out the way. Ok so for the price don't expect fort knox, I wouldn't recommend it for cash or high value jewellery but for laptops and documents to keep out the way this will be fine. The safe is a good size, 43cm wide so fits even some of the widest laptops which mine is. The metal isn't massively thick, maybe 3mm so would not hold up to a blow torch or drill for that matter but will be enough to stop chancers. It will certainly be secure enough to stop your run of the mill chancers providing its tucked away and secured to the wall or floor. Keypad is responsive and the keys don't look quite discreet if put on your key set. Not bad at all would recommend.

Excellent item. Not too heavy, plenty of room inside. Comes with 2 keys or you can easily programme the keypad to open the safe. Comes with 4 fitting bolts to secure the safe to a wall or to the ground. Requires 4 AA Batteries if you wish to use the Keypad.

This safe works well. It is wide enough to hold plenty of stuff, not just a few documents. I use it to hold electronics and games. I also have a smaller 8l safe for documents and this one is much more useful. The locking mechanism works flawlessly and comes with a key too. I had to hide this very well and remember where it is. I only use this as a deterrent so cannot confirm it's strength if attacked but it seems pretty sturdy. Recommended.

I take one star away because the knob you use to open it is pretty poor quality. Did I need a safe - no. Is £50 overpriced - probably but I pay over 3 months so happy with that. Open the door - put the batteries in. Press 0 twice, then press the reset button next to the batteries - put in the code you want between 3 and 8 digits then press the hash key next to the number 9. You should be all set to go. Easy, and I find everything hard.

This safe seems well made, effective, easy to use and install, and good value.

Nice safe plenty of room easy to lock

Very easy to use, looks stylish and seems secure

Deserve the attention. Simple and reliable

Fast shipping and good product for documents and medium laptop. Easy to install and use. I recommend.
