Product: The product was very easy to install and operate. Performs as described. Nice, clear sound and with many tune options. Seller: (I don't currently have the option to leave direct seller feedback on Amazon since it's been a while following my initial order.) I had an excellent product issue experience with the seller. The push button had been stuck in the "pressed position" without my knowledge and drained the battery (discovered after a visitor mentioned they rang the doorbell and I heard nothing.) I contacted SECRUI via email. After a few email communications regarding the issue, I was promptly sent a replacement button. Their customer service was both prompt and courteous.

Super easy to install. Extremely light weight. Worked right out of the box. The factory set “ding dong” chime is quite loud so I can hear it from anywhere in my house. There are 4 volume settings so you can adjust accordingly. I have not tried the various chimes yet since I’m content with the factory setting. The receiver is actually plugged in less than 3 feet above the floor yet it still works great. I used the screw mount for the push button instead of using the adhesive patch mounting…either option is quite easy. Wish the light on the push button stayed on permanently so it’s easier to see at night but that I suppose might drain the battery. Overall, I highly recommend!!!

Nice doorbell. Not too difficult to set up despite the fact that the instructions completely suck. E.g. it says it has to be plugged into an outlet at least 3.3' high but it works fine in my outlet that is the normal 1' high. The sound and volume instructions make no sense whatsoever. I had to figure it out myself and it magically worked. It has lots of tones - some whole songs - I picked one I liked (not using the instructions). In the end I like it and it works.
