These have a great flavor that I enjoy. They are easy to chew and swallow. I take them in the evenings when I am finding it more difficult to relax or earlier if I am having a bad day with anxiety or racing thoughts. Seem to work quicker on me but this is also double what I normally took which I didn't pay attention to when I got but I don't it. I like the quicker affect and would probably get these again I don't take them every day just on days I really need them. Sleep seems to be more restful when I do take them so maybe I should take them more often. I like the calming effect I get from these and would but them again
