THTEN KST 2224B-03 Bump Knob Feed Button Compatible with Kobalt 24V KST 1124B-03,KST 4024A-03,KST 2024A-03 Plastic String Trimmer Replacement

My husband needed these as a replacement on the Kobalt 24v weedeater. Works perfectly. Remove the string assembly and bumper, install new. Put together. This item is very worth its value.

As stated in other reviews, this item was slightly too large to fit my 24v Kobalt string trimmer! Very disappointed and I even tried to sand down the part to make it fit to no avail. Really needed this part to use the day I received it, so I managed to disassemble the new one and the old one to make the part fit! Not what I wanted, but it does work for now. I plan on purchasing other brands of the same item until I find one that fits properly!

It was a minute to put on......but, I'm a girl LOL..........but the button dont work.......will get with a "Male" neighbor when he wakes up and let him make sure I have it on right. Overall decent at least it dont fly off LOL.

I've got Kobalt weed-eater model #KST 2224B-03. Side-by-side these look identical to the original part but it's just large enough to jam in the housing preventing free movement.

Fits, but is extremely tight. Looks like the tolerance of the bump knob outer radius of the ridges compared to the internal of the feeder reel is just slightly oversized by 1mm. It looks exactly as the old one I took out, just a very tight fit and needs modification.
