I credit my son who introduced me to this item. I bought mine minutes after talking with him and I am absolutely thrilled with the item. Easy to get started, easy to use and the quality of pictures and videos are exceptional. The ease of sharing pictures/video’s is a snap. I highly recommend this item !!!

We have enjoyed this frame so much ourselves that we gave one to my mother-in-law so she would have regular photos to look at as our baby grandson grows. He lives far away from all of us so this is the perfect way to get photo updates! The photos are clear, they load instantly and easily, and we couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!

My sun was getting married and I wanted to give them as one of the wedding presents that frame so they could load on all their beautiful wedding pictures they're very excited about it and love it and I especially love the sea grass one very attractive

Very nice looking frame. The frame itself was easy to set up. Once I downloaded the app to my phone, it took a few minutes for me to get familiar with it so that I could begin to upload pictures from my phone to the frame. It is nice that the app allows you to set a time for the frame to come on in the morning and a time for it to shut off in the evening, if you don't want to keep it on all the time. I tested it out and it worked great. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

I would have given this five stars but the first one came and it didn’t work so I had to go through a return process and had to drive to an Amazon return center. We bought my mom one years ago and loved hers. Then I bought my mother in law one for Christmas and thought to myself, “why not get one for myself?” It has been a great way to see my photos of my family and friends. I bought the white frame and it looks nice with my decor. It’s very user friendly, super easy to upload 50 pics at a time.My advice when uploading pics is to crop them so the people are close up in the frame and the pic is landscape so that when it appears on the digital frame, you can see everyone. Otherwise your pic may be too small.

Edit: Revising review to 5 stars. To no fault of the manufacturer of the frame the seller from this purchase S&W Dealz sold me a used frame labeled as new. With the tremendous help of an email and calls to tech support they dug into why I was getting the error that my frame had expired and to click to renew. They were able to push through the proper update. However, since they dug into why my frame was actually two years old and not new they advised I return the one from S&W Dealz and buy directly from them via Amazon. So I did that. My new frame arrived today and set up was easy!! Within 5 minutes I had photos uploaded to the frame. So excited to finally give this to my FIL. If you buy this, just go to other sellers and look for Simply Smart Home. I cannot thank their support and customer service enough.I've this a week now and can't even add pictures to the frame. This was purchased as a birthday gift and I can't even give it to the person. Waiting on a firmware update, was given a timeline of 3-5 days. Now on day 6 I am told it should be ready in another 5 days. Birthday is today, so now I am left with no gift. If given the actual timeline I would've returned this one and had another brand ready by now. Some friends have this frame so I know it can work and work well but so disappointed in the delay when this was delivered in plenty of time to have it ready for the birthday today. I can't expect my FIL to set this up himself.

WARNING - APPROACH WITH CAUTIONI would STRONGLY suggest to anyone considering purchasing THIS or any other "Photoshare Frame" digital photo frame made by Simply Smart Home OR through the Amazon retailer, S&W Dealz, to RECONSIDER their purchase. I bought this frame without doing my research and I will say right away that this THIS particular frame and as far as I can tell, other digital Photshare frames from Simply Smart Home, are OUTDATED and OVERPRICED compared to similar frames by different manufacturers/sellers available on the market today.Unfortunately, I've put in way too much time with this already to explain everything. Bottom line, however, it was a transaction nightmare with ALL Parties - Simply Smart Home, Amazon and S&W Dealz. Unfortunately, I WASTED coutless HOURS and nearly two-weeks trying to get this thing to work before Simply Smart realized, after I provided considerable documentation and information to them, that MY FRAME was both USED and DEFECTIVE! Further, once Simply Smart realzied this, ny customer service support which had been luke-warm up to that point, turned cold. It was "suggested" by Simply Smart that in the future I should buy from a "LICENSED" retailer of their products (like their own store) on Amazon (WHAT????) because if I buy from "non-licensed" retailer, like S&W Dealz, the merchadise could be used (it was), defective (also true) and, like in this case, it would come with NO manufacturers warranty! So, BTW, thank you for all of your time, effort and infomation, here is a 15% off coupon code to buy DIRECTLY from us, as you should have done to begin with was the message I was hearing LOUD and CLEAR. Amazon wasn't much better - again, I spent more hours on this "issue" than I can count, helped both Amazon and Simply Smart fix a retailer issue and FINALLY got a "token" $5.00 credit from Amazon only after begging!!! Simply Smart "offered" me a 15% credit if I would go to their website and purchase the same product that, after I calculated, would have cost me an additional $36.00+ MORE for the SAME product/shipping than the one I was sending back to Amazon!! When I told Simply Smart this and made a counter offer (for what they said was my time and the information that I provided that helped THEM), I received a terse note back telling me that they "Respectfully decline!" I did return the frame - thank you Amazon, and I learned through all of this that even new, this "Simply Smart PhotoShare Frame is a 2019 model with dated technology. I was able buy the same size frame, a CURRENT, 2022 model, with twice the resolution, FOUR times the memory and with twice as many features for HALF the price of this one from Simply Smart. Moral of this story - Amazon does NOT vet it's retailers as thoroughly as they would have you believe, Simply Smart's digital frames are, even if you do get a "new" one, outdated and overpriced, Simply Smart's customer service is sorely LACKING, and S&W Dealz is selling USED merchandise as new. There's a whole lot MORE to this but I've spent too much time on it already. Good Luck!
