I had a technical issue - but the company actually responds quickly and even followed up to make sure all ok. And, the card is cool and works well

Don’t work well sometimes, maybe the chip is too small?

More convenient than the old fashioned business cards. I know that there have been times that I've been asked for a business card and didn't have any with me, but the one thing I almost always do have with me is my phone. Easy to set up, easy to update at any time. No fees. You can share your info by them scanning the physical card attached to your device, or by you opening the app and letting them scan it there, or by you sending it to them. It says you can set it up for your team, but I haven't gotten that far yet. I give it 4 stars only because I am still learning it and don't know its capabilities or limitations.
